Anotation
The article studies the social prerequisites of destructive and socially dangerous behavior of children and youth, as well as the transformation of its manifestations in modern conditions. Based on the analysis of statistical data and sociological surveys, the key factors of such behavior are specified, including macrosocial (digitalization, social inequality), microsocial (family disintegration, bullying in the educational environment) and individual-psychological (personal deviations, low stress resistance). Special attention is paid to the tasks and mechanisms of prevention in educational and cultural organizations, such as the introduction of emotional intelligence programs, mediation practices and social mentoring. The role of interagency interaction is actualized: models of cooperation of social organizations with medical, cultural and leisure institutions to create a comprehensive prevention system are proposed. The paper presents innovative forms of social and preventive work (digital monitoring platforms, art-therapeutic projects, volunteer networks) and organizational structures that ensure their implementation. The novelty of the study lies in the integration of approaches from digital pedagogy and community-based prevention, which allows to adapt traditional methods to the challenges of the digital era. The practical significance of the article is supported by cases of successful implementation of the proposed strategies, including a 25% reduction in the level of aggression in schools through communication trainings. The materials of the article are addressed to specialists in the field of education, social work, psychology, as well as youth policy coordinators interested in the development of effective prevention programs.
