Ways of motivating students of higher educational institutions to physical culture

Anotation
The article actualizes the requirements of physical education for young people, the main approaches to studying the structure of motivation for physical education. The features of motivation for sports and physical education among students of higher educational institutions are revealed. It is emphasized that the essence of the teacher's work lies in the formation of a person's physical culture, the development of new pedagogical and organizational forms that provide individually oriented physical education and training. The article focuses on how to motivate students to increase activity in physical education classes. The factors influencing the attitude of students of higher educational institutions to physical culture lessons are singled out. The motives of the considered category are described and classified. The role of physical culture in the formation of the personality of a future specialist, the forms and methods of work that contribute to the motivation of students to engage in physical culture are shown. The obtained results allow us to consider that physical culture lessons influence the development of students' attitude to the value of health, personal achievements and the values of individual development.
