Anotation
The study of modern students taking into account all aspects of educational activity reveals new problem zones for obtaining qualitatively new knowledge about ways of motivating young people. Studies of the main ideas of the theory of D. McClelland, A. Maslow, K. Alderfer, F. Herzberg allow us to highlight key positions for choosing a strategy and motivation management tools. The article discloses that the student motivation system should be based not only on a set of measures, but also on the internal needs of students.
