Socio-pedagogical guidelines for updating the psycho-pedagogical education of parents

Anotation
Pedagogical culture is an integral part of the general human culture and is a set of certain knowledge, skills and experience of the individual, which determines the measure of effectiveness in solving educational tasks. The level of pedagogical culture determines the degree of maturity of a person as an educator and is realized in the process of practical activity on public and family education. The article investigates pedagogical culture as an integral part of the general culture of the individual, determining the effectiveness of education. It structures a model of pedagogical culture, including intellectuality, intelligence, pedagogical erudition, qualities of the educator's personality and pedagogical skills. The author argues that understanding this model allows teachers to tailor educational programs and advocacy to the needs of parents and students, taking into account gaps in their pedagogical awareness. The model serves as a tool for improving educational activities and preparing individuals for the role of an educator. The article reveals the content of psychological and pedagogical education of parents, covering a wide range of family education issues. It considers the family as a micro-model of society, touches upon the functions, rights, and problems of the modern family, including crisis phenomena and state support. The article also explores aspects of the organization of family life, the formation of the child's personality, including its age characteristics and the influence of the macro- and micro-environment. The article analyzes the goals, content and methods of public and family education, covering its various aspects, from moral to physical development. The necessity of formation of parents' pedagogical culture for effective upbringing of a child's personality in modern conditions is emphasized.
