Anotation
The organization of educational and cognitive work with military cadets has its own peculiarities and difficulties related to the unique nature of training and the peculiarities of the audience. First of all, it is the specificity of the curriculum, as the training of military specialists requires special attention to technical and tactical aspects, security, drill training and other military disciplines, which in turn requires specialized teaching methods and pedagogical approaches. The author notes that the quality of training of military university cadets consists in the formation of a set of knowledge, skills and qualities necessary for successful military service, as well as in the development of appropriate personal and professional characteristics. The possibilities of methods, algorithms that activate the work of cadets have been studied. The advantages of active methods of training cadets contribute to the development of analytical skills and the ability to independently evaluate and analyze information. In the process of systematization and analysis of the studied literature, application of empirical methods the methodical recommendations on the use of technology "Question-answer" at studying the discipline "Fundamentals of technical operation and repair of measuring instruments" are developed. It is specified that active teaching methods involve group work, discussion and joint problem solving, which contributes to the development of communication skills.
