Features of personality-oriented professional education

Anotation
The article reveals the main components of student-centered professional education. Student-centered vocational education is aimed at providing such conditions in which students will be comfortable developing both in the social and professional spheres. Student-centered professional education consists in the personalization of pedagogical interaction, which requires active participation from the subjects of the educational process. There are a large number of pedagogical technologies that provide the performance of these functions. Most often they are based on the perception of individuality, self-worth of the individual. The provisions are described through which the essence of personality-oriented learning is characterized. The directions in which it is worth moving to increase the share of the personality-oriented component of vocational education are analyzed. The requirements for the teacher in the organization of student-centered learning are considered. The stages of organization of personality-oriented learning are described.
