Formation and development of human resource management strategy in the organization

Anotation
The article reveals the essence of the concept of "human resources," shows its connection with "personnel" and "personnel." The features of human resources management in a modern organization are highlighted. Two diametrically opposite approaches of personnel management were considered - American and Japanese. Different characteristics of the American and Japanese approaches to personnel, criteria for personnel selection, working conditions, forms of personnel involvement in management, principles of general personnel policy were analyzed. Examples of practices connecting elements of different methods within the same organization are provided.
