Anotation
This article discusses the communicative nature of museum activities, analyzes the area of communication processes, the basic components of museum communication, the possibility of effective dialogue in the museum world. The main concepts are singled out and analyzed, such as models of museum communication, forms of museum and pedagogical activity, art mediation, informatization, digitalization, the museum of the digital age, the mission of the museum. On the basis of research methods - historical and structural-typological, evidence of changes in the information and communication environment and technologies in the museum is given. The openness tools used are undergoing changes in the presentation and transmission of information. The authors consider the benefits of using new digital technologies on the Culture. RF". Particular attention is paid to social networks and official sites of museums, which help the user to make virtual tours, exchange comments, and improve the positive image of the museum. The article considers examples of the most popular social communities, types of work to promote cultural and leisure services and attract the audience to participate in museum communication.
