Integration in vocational education: search for effective models in the context of globalisation

Anotation
The article considers integration processes in vocational education as a key factor in training competitive specialists. It analyzes the integration of theoretical knowledge and practical skills, interaction of educational institutions with enterprises and international cooperation as tools for the formation of a unified educational environment. The authors emphasize the importance of adapting educational programs to the requirements of the modern labor market, stressing the role of partnership with industry in providing practical experience for students and developing relevant curricula. The influence of digital technologies on the formation of hybrid educational models and their role in integration processes is considered. It analyzes the importance of cooperation with foreign universities, exchange of students and professors, as well as attracting international students to enrich the educational environment and form a global mindset in future specialists. The importance of adapting to multicultural environment and working in international teams is emphasized. The article also discusses the need to improve teachers' qualifications, their participation in interdisciplinary teams and mastering modern technologies. The problems and challenges associated with the lack of readiness of educational institutions to change and lack of funding, which may limit the successful implementation of integration processes, are noted. It is specified that the constant updating of educational programs is connected with the need to modify the content in accordance with the current requirements of the employer
