Anotation
This article provides a brief overview of the theory of leadership, discusses the importance of educating leaders among educational organizations. The article provides mechanisms for the development of leadership qualities: general school programs, class programs. Methods and techniques are specified, as well as universal factors that affect the increase in the measure of activity and responsibility of the individual.
