Anotation
The main styles of leadership are considered and an analysis of the factors influencing the style of the head of a public administration body is carried out. The influence of leadership style on the performance of the management body is analyzed. A methodology for choosing a leadership style in government bodies is proposed, depending on the degree of influence of various factors.
