Anotation
The relevance of the article is due to the increasing number of foreign children in our society. The definitions of the concepts “migration”, “migrant children”, “bilingual children”, and “inophone children” are given. It is determined that foreign and migrant children can face a number of challenges: they need to adapt to a new language, culture, educational system. In terms of social adaptation, they need to find their place in the new society, establish contacts with peers, understand the rules and norms of behavior. Children-foreigners can fall behind in their studies due to insufficient knowledge of the language and cultural differences. The analysis of psychological and pedagogical peculiarities of foreign children, such as speech development, cognitive development, emotional peculiarities, peculiarities of social adaptation is presented. A detailed analysis of the peculiarities of speech development, which is directly related to the above features, is given. The main conclusion is that children-inophones need targeted psychological and pedagogical support, as they have their own psychological and pedagogical peculiarities. The study of the peculiarities of foreign and migrant children will help to create a more inclusive educational environment where all children can successfully learn and develop. The research will help to better understand the characteristics of foreign and migrant children and develop effective strategies to support and integrate them into society.
