Anotation
Significant conditions for the professional success of college graduates are the personal characteristics of students, mobility, responsibility. The main step towards this is the success of adapting students in the social and professional space. During the primary cut, the need was confirmed for students to develop not only professional competencies, but also a combination of personal qualities. Shows individual forms that develop social skills and social competencies of students.
