Methodological contours of the value-purpose context of future teacher development

Anotation
The author outlines the methodological contours of the meaning and value content of the process of teacher training within the framework of creating a new education for a complex society in the conditions of strategic instability. A number of essential changes in the personality of a teacher today and the peculiarities of his/her preparation for professional activity are highlighted. It is noted that the process of realisation of subjectivity of the future teacher through self-building of personality is methodologically ensured by the expansion of application of individualisation tools. The transformation of the teacher's role in the new network educational reality has been analysed. The key changes necessary for the training of a professional teacher capable of developing students' motivation for continuous self-education are highlighted. The focus is on the change of priorities in the educational process, emphasis on meaning-making and meaning-making, subjectivity and individualisation of learning, restoration of traditional values, instrumentalisation of knowledge acquisition and change in the nature of communication. Special importance is attached to the formation of the learner's motivation for independent activity and self-development, oriented towards patriotism and spiritual and moral priorities. The importance of taking into account psychological factors such as subjective experience, personal meanings, strategies and motivations of students is emphasised. It substantiates the necessity of developing in teachers the skills of dialogue interaction, readiness for professional creativity and manifestation of personal qualities to successfully solve the increasingly complex problems of modern education
