Anotation
The article characterizes gamification as a gaming technology aimed at stimulating the activity of a person involved in the routine processes of organizing life, shows its modifications in everyday life due to the biogenic need of a person to live positive emotions and the production sphere. The author pays special attention to illustrative examples of game tools that have been entrenched in the history of Russian pedagogical practice since the beginning of the twentieth century, focuses on modern game elements in the structure of the training session that contribute to increasing the interest of students in mastering knowledge. The article describes the methodology developed by the author and tested in practice for conducting practical classes within the framework of the bachelor's academic discipline "Organization of secretarial services".In particular, the variants of creative tasks of practical works aimed at softening the traditional non-gaming process of forming professional competencies among students are demonstrated, their relationship with tasks of a "serious" nature on the topic of documentary and organizational maintenance of the activities of the head is shown. The most revealing practical works in this regard are presented by the author in the appendices to the main text of the article.
